Isabelle direttrice delle risorse umane di un’importante compagnia marittima, ha probabilmente commesso uno sbaglio diventando l’amante del suo capo. Prima di imbarcarsi per la crociera inaugurale della nave ammiraglia della compagnia, viene mollata e per vendicarsi assume Rémy , un improbabile animatore che diventa il peggior incubo per il direttore di crociera e una piacevole sorpresa per il comandante della nave.
