Vi avevamo riportato giusto ieri l’ultima delle tante teorie dei fan che cercherebbero di analizzare a fondo la bella e combattiva Rey (Daisy Ridley), nuovo personaggio della saga di Star Wars introdotto ne Il risveglio della Forza. Chi è in realtà? Beh, al momento è ancora tutto avvolto nel mistero e bisognerà aspettare almeno un altro anno e mezzo prima di avere qualche dettaglio ufficiale, ma nel frattempo ogni commento, voce o supposizione è ben accetta sul web, tanto che anche le poche parole che Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) ha pronunciato durante un’intervista pubblica alla Oxford Union hanno letteralmente infiammato la rete.
Infatti, commentando il rapporto tra vecchia e nuova guardia della saga, l’attore avrebbe affermato: «Daisy Ridley è davvero incredibile. Così genuina, solare e affascinante. Brilla di luce propria e ha un grande carisma. La adoro. Ha più o meno l’età di mia figlia e mi ci relaziono proprio come farebbe un padre!». BOOM! Il pubblico scoppia in risatine euforiche, stupito ed esterrefatto. Che Rey sia effettivamente la figlia di Luke Skywalker? Osservando la reazione spropositata dell’audience, però, sorridendo, Hamill ha aggiunto: «Con questo non volevo dire assolutamente nulla. Solo che come attore, questo è il mio modo di relazionarmi con Daisy!».
Gli crediamo? Come detto, purtroppo, bisognerà aspettare dicembre 2017 per avere (forse) una risposta al dilemma grazie all’attesissimo Star Wars: Episodio VIII diretto da Rian Johnaon, la cui produzione è ufficialmente iniziata: il set è in fase di allestimento a Dubrovnik, in Croazia e, forse, è già stato rivelato il possibile titolo del film.
