Una donna (Cameron Diaz) scopre che l’uomo con cui ha una relazione è già sposato. Decide così di incontrare la moglie tradita (Leslie Mann) e, con grande sorpresa, realizza di avere molto in comune con lei, diventandone amica. Quando poi le due scoprono che il fedifrago ha un’ennesima storia extraconiugale, uniscono le forze con la terza malcapitata (Kate Upton) e pianificano la loro vendetta.
