Matt Damon torna a vestire i panni di Jason Bourne. L’ex agente segreto si è tirato fuori dallo spionaggio, ma il passato torna a tormentarlo con nuovi interrogativi, il più grande dei quali riguarda la morte di suo padre. Si ritrova dunque nuovamente braccato dalla CIA e per scoprire la verità, è costretto a fare ciò per cui è stato addestrato.
