Nel regno di Ehb, un contadino chiamato Farmer (Jason Statham), conduce una tranquilla esistenza nella sua fattoria insieme alla moglie Solana (Claire Forlani) e il figlio. Finché un giorno viene attacato da terribili creature chiamate Krugs, che uccidono suo figlio e rapiscono la moglie. Con l’aiuto del vicino Norrick (Ron Perlman) e del fratellastro Bastian (Will Sanderson) dovrà lanciarsi in suo soccorso, arrivando anche a sfidare il mago Gallian (Ray Liotta) e il re Konreid (Burt Reynolds).
