Jennifer (Megan Fox), è una cheerleader impossessata da un demone affamato di giovani maschi, grazie ai quali può accrescere il suo potere. Iscritta in un college del Minnesota, Jennifer racconta il suo segreto alla sua migliore amica Needy (Amanda Seyfried); la quale si rivela intenzionata ad ucciderla. Ma è difficile sorprendere la ragazza e pianificare un omicidio, Neeky si affida allora ad un cantante satanista esperto in materia, Nikolai (Adam Brody).
